What is The MELT Method?

It’s the very first Hands-off Bodywork® – a simple self-treatment method that combats chronic pain, improves performance, and decreases the accumulated stress caused by the repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. Do your hands, arms, and neck feel tight after a long day at the computer?  Do your feet ache from standing or do you suffer from plantar fasciitis? MELT was created by massage therapist, Sue Hitzmann, who wanted to provide her clients with a self-treatment technique to use in between their massage appointments. We want to do the same for you. The MELT Method was developed for the general public as a self-care tool to prevent and relieve chronic pain. It’s an affordable addition to any wellness or fitness routine.
