Gentle Mat Pilates
Learn the principles of good alignment and functional movement with this foundational Pilates Mat class geared toward those rehabilitating from injury, just staring out in their training, or anyone who prefers a slower paced, focused workout experience. Controlled, continuous movements promote increased core strength, which helps improve posture and agility.

Power Mat Pilates
Build strength, coordination, flexibility and stamina in this fast-paced and fun Pilates mat class that uses resistance props and challenging intervals to increase intensity. We recommend completing a few Gentle Mat Pilates classes or private sessions before moving into this class, so ask your instructor if you’re ready.

Mat Pilates Plus Props
This Pilates Mat class will incorporate a different prop every week for a continuously stimulating experience! Come experience the fun, unique challenges of the Bosu, Stability Ball, Fitness Circle, Toning Balls, Foam Rollers and much more.

Mommy and Me Pilates
For Pilates Mommies with their new bundles of joy, this class is geared toward responding to the unique stresses that pregnancy and childbirth place on a woman’s body. You’ll work on getting back in shape after pregnancy using gentle exercises for the abs and back to restore posture, as well as toning arms and legs to make carrying your bundle of joy less stressful to your joints. No need to worry about finding child care for this class, infants are welcome!

Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates
Pilates can reduce tension and body ache during pregnancy, and develop the strong core muscles that will aid in childbirth. As long as you’ve already had some experience with Pilates before your pregnancy then you may be able to continue practicing this gentle exercise throughout your term. This class is also open to postnatal women, and will work on regaining strength and abdominal function in a similar way to the Mommy and Me Pilates class. We know every mother needs a little “me time” so for this class we’d like you to take a break and leave your little one at home!

Pilates for Fibromyalgia
This specialized class designed for those dealing with Fibromyalgia, or chronic pain, uses Pilates Mat and Reformer techniques, along with The MELT Method® of myofascial treatment. This class stresses the importance of staying active in a low impact, specially tailored and empathetic atmosphere. We work to restore the health of the body’s connective tissue to reduce chronic pain, improve performance, and decrease stress. Pilates has been proven to help reduce chronic pain resulting from this and many other conditions because it incorporates mindful movement, stretching and gentle strength development.

Total Barre®
From the team behind STOTT PILATES®, Total Barre™ is an innovative exercise method that brings the sound functional principles of Pilates to the fun, playful environment of a dance class. We’ll use a ballet barre, along with small weights and props to strengthen tone and lengthen your body while at the same time building core stability and control to keep you healthy. This class is taught to music, so come expecting to have a rocking good time!

Reformer All
These four-person classes utilize the most popular piece of Pilates equipment, the Reformer, which challenges strength, coordination and flexibility, and even helps to rehabilitate misaligned joints using unique spring-based resistance. You’ll find muscles you never knew you had in this fun workout, and walk out feeling stronger and taller. Users of all abilities are welcome, but we recommend completing a few Pilates Mat classes before progressing to Reformer.

Come experience this exciting workout that feels like being on a trampoline while lying down! We use the Reformer with Jumpboard attachment to create intense plyometric training within a safe, stable environment and with minimal stress to the joints. Jumping intervals combined with traditional Pilates Reformer exercises keep the heart rate up while challenging coordination, control, strength and endurance. Excellent for athletes or weekend warriors, or anyone wanting to try something fun!

Zen•Ga™ Mindful Breathing
Each of us breathes an average of 20,000 times every day, so if you could improve the way you breathe even a little bit, just imagine what a restorative impact that could have on your body and your life! This class looks at the profound effect our breathing has on our daily experience, and uses exercise, relaxation and visualization techniques to correct dysfunction in the primary breathing muscles and improve the quality of your breathing mechanics. You’ll leave feeling energized, alert and ready to face the day.

Fascial Fitness
This class uses The MELT Method™ and Zen•Ga™ techniques to focus on an area of our bodies that is often overlooked in traditional exercise: the fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue that runs through our whole body, wrapping the muscles, holding things together, transmitting force, and giving us our shape. By exercising with our fascia in mind we can improve circulation, remold the shape of our bodies (imagine that!), release tension and build longer, leaner bodies that are less prone to injury and pain. Come learn about this fascinating new way of moving.
