Anne Young
Anne Young is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Matwork and Reformer, with completion of all Cadillac, Chair, and small equipment training. With over 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, Anne has worked with clients of all ranges.

Anne suffers from scoliosis and spondylolisthesis, and was led to discover the benefits of Pilates after experiencing chronic back pain for over 8 years. After unsuccessfully seeking pain relief through various traditional methods, Anne started working with a Physical Therapist who used the Pilates Method, and in just 3 weeks the pain was gone! She began to understand the positive effects of proper alignment and the negative effects of exercising in what she had previously thought was good posture. She is now able to manage her spinal conditions with Pilates, and keep her body pain free and happy.

Anne is also a NECP Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor, with certifications in Zumba, Spinning, and BodyStep, along with training in TRX, BOSU, Stability Barre, Pre & Post-natal Pilates, and numerous other courses.

Anne is passionate about quality of life and spending every moment with her husband and three children. She knows first-hand the challenges of keeping up with a family while dealing with physical issues, and believes the best way to do so is to keep exercising!
